Sie k\u00f6nnen den Bericht \u00fcber die Lese aus erster Hand h\u00f6ren, Fragen stellen und die Entscheidungen kennenlernen, die die Trauben vom Rebstock bis zum Wein begleiten. In ungezwungener Runde sprechen wir \u00fcber unsere Philosophie und die Erziehung der Reben.<\/p>\n<h2>Besondere Orte, bewusste Entscheidungen<\/h2>\n<p>Wir bauen autochthone toskanische Rebsorten in Weinbergen auf rund 600 Metern H\u00f6he an und widmen besonders geeigneten Parzellen gro\u00dfe Aufmerksamkeit. F\u00fcr uns z\u00e4hlen die Identit\u00e4t der Orte und die Arbeit, die sie zum Ausdruck bringt; eine geografische Herkunftsbezeichnung allein ist kein Qualit\u00e4tsversprechen.
