Je stapt gewoon naar buiten om in het eerste licht uit te kijken over het landschap rond ons agriturismo.<\/p>\n<p>De saffraanoogst hoort bij ons leven op de boerderij. In november 2026 bieden we deze echter niet aan als activiteit voor onze gasten: de activiteiten van Terre di Giorgio zijn opgeschort van 1 november 2026 tot en met 25 maart 2027.<\/p>\n<h2>Het ritme van de oogst<\/h2>\n<p>Sommige dingen kun je niet zomaar verschuiven in een vakantieplanning. De oogst is er daar \u00e9\u00e9n van: die volgt het ritme van de velden en vertelt iets over ons dagelijkse leven op de boerderij.<\/p>\n<p>Je hoeft nog niets van saffraan te weten. We delen vooral graag het plezier van dichtbij ontdekken wat we verbouwen, er met aandacht naar kijken en het later herkennen in onze saffraan CALUS \u2014 een naam die dan een eigen verhaal voor je heeft.<\/p>\n<h2>Na zonsopgang is het tijd voor ontbijt<\/h2>\n<p>Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd van <strong>7:30 tot 9:30<\/strong>. In november 2026 is de bar geopend van 15.00 tot 19.00 uur, met planken met vleeswaren en kaas. Het ontbijt en de bar zijn twee vaste momenten voor ontspannen dagen, zonder elk uur te plannen. Deze voorzieningen zijn alleen beschikbaar in de periodes waarin het agriturismo open is.<\/p>\n<p>Drie dagen kunnen precies goed zijn voor dit korte uitje. De ene ochtend kan vroeg beginnen, de andere wat rustiger; laat je overdag inspireren door onze <a href=\"https:\/\/giorgio.land\/nl\/tre-giorni-val-dorcia-novembre\/\">gids voor drie dagen in Val d\u2019Orcia<\/a> of blijf wat dichter bij de agriturismo. Je wandelingen en uitstapjes kun je afstemmen op het weer en op wat je graag wilt ontdekken.<\/p>\n<p>Il ristorante sar\u00e0 chiuso dal 1\u00b0 novembre 2026 al 25 marzo 2027 compresi e riaprir\u00e0 venerd\u00ec 26 marzo 2027. In questo periodo sono sospese anche le esperienze. Dal 1\u00b0 novembre l\u2019agriturismo accoglie gli ospiti nelle sei camere, mentre le due suite al piano terra restano chiuse. L\u2019ultimo pernottamento \u00e8 il 9 gennaio 2027, con partenza il 10.
